Our UK activities centre on housing, regeneration, and the repositioning of existing assets. We work with landowners, institutional owners, and public bodies to establish a commercial basis for investment or redevelopment.
International
Our international activities centre on infrastructure and manufacturing, with a current focus on West Africa. We originate and advance projects alongside operators and technical partners, including manufacturing facilities and cold-chain platforms.
How We Work
We prepare the business case, structure the commercial arrangements, and bring together the parties needed to take a project forward. We undertake defined advisory assignments and act as promoter on selected projects.
